Menzies School of Health Research (Menzies) is hosting research seminars throughout 2023 to bring you the latest research on a range of topics, spanning tropical diseases and Indigenous health.
Our next research seminar will be talking all about bioinformatics, which uses a combination of a range of sciences, engineering and mathematics to analyse and interpret biological data.
It will delve into the Menzies and Charles Darwin University High Performance Computer (named Ada) and how it can help you.
Hear an update from Menzies Bioinformatician and High-Performance Computing (HPC) Support Officer, Dr Mariana Barnes, as she shares an insight into Ada, and the work she does in Malaria research.
If you have an interest in laboratory science, and ways to analyse data, we hope to see you there (we have in person and online options available)
