Biography:
Tasha joined Menzies in 2021 and leads the Human Resources team.
In this role she is responsible for the effective delivery of HR strategies and services including development and implementation of initiatives, policies and procedures in line with organisational goals. Her responsibility spans across all areas of human resources including industrial relations, recruitment and selection, training and development, payroll as well as the monitoring and management of Human Resource Information System.
With professional qualifications in HR, she brings over 14 years of experience with a diverse industry background including education, mining, construction and consulting.
In her earlier roles, she was responsible for driving key HR initiatives across three nations in promoting and empowering approaches to people management in support of delivering on the strategic business and people plans.
