Chris has 30 years’ experience working in the Northern Territory (NT) in a variety of roles including an occupational therapist; policy maker; ministerial advisor and an administrator.

Chris’ primary focus throughout her career has been in the health sector in government and non-government, in urban and remote settings.

During her time at Charles Darwin University she developed and championed strategies to improve organisational structures across the university and was instrumental in establishing a number of new programs for the NT Division of General Practice, the Pharmacy Guild of Australia and World Vision Australia.

Chris commenced at Menzies in 2011 in HR and shortly moved to become the manager of the Research Office. Her focus now is to streamline pre and post award processes while ensuring high quality applications are always submitted by Menzies.
