The Ryan Family Prize is an internal annual award that recognises outstanding contributions to Menzies – individuals or groups who go above and beyond and help make Menzies a great place to work and/or to help Menzies achieve excellence.

The successful nominee is awarded with a $5000 prize and presented with a perpetual trophy.

2024 Ryan Family Prize recipient: Jo Campbell

Jo Campbell is part of Menzies Biyamarr ma Team and is the Reconciliation Action Plan lead. Throughout her journey at Menzies, Jo’s integrity, empathy, and optimism continues to inspire those around her. She embodies Menzies’ values through creating an environment built on trust, respect, and shared responsibility. Jo has a real strength in connecting with people through building genuine relationships, ability to create safe spaces, and bringing people together with her open and respectful approach. Through her leadership, Jo has strengthened Menzies’ cultural capability and is building a legacy of collaboration and genuine reconciliation.
