Home visiting Practice Series - Structuring a Visit

The Home Visiting NT Practice Series demonstrate key elements of home visiting in action, showcasing good practices in relational care. These videos address the skills development of practitioners, particularly those new to home visiting programs and working in remote communities. The videos can be used during orientation and ongoing training, helping practitioners to feel confident to deliver high-quality and family-centred care. Thank you to clients and practitioners who consented to participate.

These resources were created through a collaboration between Menzies School of Health Research, Katherine West Health Board, Miwatj Health Aboriginal Corporation, and Sunrise Health Service Aboriginal Corporation, with support from the Northern Territory Government's Department of Health and Western Sydney University, and funded by the Australian Government. Thank you to clients and practitioners from East Arnhem and the Big Rivers regions who consented to participate in the videos.
