Catalyse 2024 is an important initiative to support the professional development of women at Menzies and across the Northern Territory working in STEMM (science, technology, engineering, mathematics and medical) fields.
The program champions the advancement of women in STEMM through mentorship and targeted workshops. Catalyse 2024 is designed to help you grow your leadership capabilities, professional skills and navigate career development.
Be inspired through regular one-on-one mentoring with female leaders in STEMM and meet likeminded peers through 4 personal and professional training sessions delivered as part of the program.
The 2024 initiative by Menzies in partnership with the Northern Territory Government, builds upon the successes of earlier iterations of the Catalyse program that were funded and supported by HOTNorth.
If you have at least 3-5 years’ experience working in an academic or non-academic role in science, technology, engineering, mathematics and medical or health sectors, you’re encouraged to apply.
