Held at Menzies School of Health Research in Darwin, with satellite sites in Cairns and Alice Springs, this event aims to bring together healthcare professionals, researchers and those interested in diabetes prevention and management to share experiences and learnings. 
This full day professional development event will explore the theme, ‘Mental health and Diabetes: Strong minds and healthy futures’. This will showcase Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander speakers sharing their research and lived experiences of diabetes, as well as the impacts diabetes has on social and emotional wellbeing.
