Menzies School of Health Research (Menzies) is hosting research seminars throughout 2023 to bring you the latest research on a range of topics, spanning tropical diseases and Indigenous health.

Our next research seminar brings you a kidney care update from our Wellbeing and Preventable Chronic Diseases Division.

This Seminar will focus on the Return to Country project. Running over the past 5 years, this national project has been researching ways to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to receive renal care (kidney transplant and dialysis) closer to home and Country.

Hear from Menzies Honorary Research Fellow, Professor Paul Lawton and Biostatistician and Monash University Research Fellow Dr Solomon Woldeyohannes as they present an update on the project.

If you have an interest in enhancing access to kidney care, this one is not to be missed.
