Youth Health Clinical Audit Tool

2014 Release of the Youth Health Clinical Audit Tool and Protocol.

The Youth Health Clinical Audit Tool is designed to audit key indicators of care for young people, with a specific focus on social and emotional wellbeing issues. Your health service may decide to do a youth health audit to provide data to inform priority areas and improvements in the quality of care for young people. As the tool covers the 12 – 24 year age group, it overlaps with the Child Health Audit (3 months – 14 years) and the Adult Preventive Heath Audit (15-54. The Youth Health Audit Tool has a different focus to these tools and is designed to supplement, rather than replace them. It is acceptable for a client record to be included in the Youth Heath Audit sample as well as other in other audit samples.
