I am a clinician-researcher recognized for my advanced level of clinical expertise and research skill in cancer care and optimising health service delivery. I am currently focusing on projects that optimise service delivery, using telepractice and innovative models of care, and survivorship for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Australians with cancer. I am engaged in person-centred research design and passionate about research that delivers visible outcomes to the patients I treat, and their families. I am especially passionate about optimising equity and access to cancer care. I was awarded my PhD in 2012 from The University of Queensland. I have over 50 peer-reviewed publications, have presented at multiple national and international conferences, and have been awarded over $3.5 million in research grants.
