An accomplished senior HR practitioner with over 15 years of proven HR leadership and project management, working for a range of organisations utilising skills in HR and employment relations, training & development, enterprise bargaining agreement negotiations and providing HR advice and guidance to managers and employees. Heather has the ability to work with people from all walks of life in government and NGO sectors, as well as various private industries, including the executive and operational employees.
