The Communicate Study Partnership is hosting the biennial First Nations Health Communication Symposium on Thursday 21 and Friday 22 August 2025.

The theme of the 2025 symposium is Stories that matter: reflecting and collaborating for change.

This event brings together First Nations leaders, health professionals, researchers, interpreters and community advocates. 2025 presentation topics will include: communication practices in Central Australia, culturally safe conversations in clinical practice, language and meaning in health communication, cultural safety in medical curriculum and professional development. We're also thrilled to welcome Carol Christopherson as our keynote speaker.
