Seminars

Menzies School of Health Research Seminar Series have been reinvigorated with a new time and day, and a slightly different format. The series will now be held in the Seminar room at the John Mathews Building (RDH Campus) on Thursdays from 3.30-4.30pm.

The format aims to encourage more discussion and question time and requires the presenter to talk for only 30 minutes, with 30 minutes for facilitated discussion. The aim of the 2011 series will be to showcase our research and that of distinguished visitors to Menzies from Australia and abroad. PhD students who are needing to present for their confirmation or their final results will also do so in this forum. Presenters will focus on research outcomes, rather than on research in progress or on individual programs.

Seminars will remain open for all to attend and no RSVP will be required. If you are interested in receiving regular updates about Menzies' seminars or are interested in presenting, please contact  jacquie.hatt@menzies.edu.au
