The Deckchair Cinema is Darwin’s only independent cinema. Operated by the Darwin Film Society (DFS), a not-for-profit, community-based organisation, the Deckchair’s mission is to provide a unique and alternative cinema experience not readily available through Darwin’s mainstream cinemas.
